How to Withdraw? 

STEP 1. Account Verification

As a licensed operator of real-money games we are required to make sure the details on your account are correct in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Why do I need to send in my documents?

What type of documents should I send?

How do I send my documents?

Sending your documents is a very simple process. Scan or take a photo of your Photographic ID, proof of address, Credit/Debit Cards (if you want to withdrawal on Credit/Debit Card), after that you should upload the documents to your computer and attach the images to an email and send it to Financial department using email:

1. Log in by entering your username and password
2. Click on "My Account" section
3. Click on "Withdrawal" section
4. Select the appropriate method and enter the amount you wish to withdraw
5. Click "Confirm" button

STEP 3. Withdrawal Processing

Once you have validated your account, you will receive confirmation email that withdrawal has been successfully processed by the Finance Department, this means the funds leave our banking system.

STEP 4. Receiving Winnings 

The time between your withdrawal being processed and you receiving the money will vary depending on the withdrawal method you use and which bank your account is held with. In general bank transfer withdrawals will show in your account within 3-10 working days, e-wallet withdrawals are virtually instant.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT+1, excluding Maltese bank holidays. If your withdrawal is requested after 3:30pm the processing time will begin on the following working day.
